So, we really like the concept behind RAW, which is to celebrate everyday creativity by conducting different workshops and events in their friendly Causeway Bay outlet.
These guys decided it was about time to finally achieve the different things you have always been interested in but couldn't find the time for in our fast-paced and busy city. They offer a great variety of creative activities: jewellery making, henna art, drawing human figure, night make-up... and our candy of the day: photography classes.

Perhaps you have just bought a new camera and you are not really looking forward to reading the 100-page instruction manual? Well, we have exactly what you need...
A digital photography essentials workshop of 3 hours to learn how to effectively use a digital SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera for traveling, portraits and other events... and for only HKD300 instead of the usual HKD600!
This course is especially designed for beginners (but don't worry if you get hooked they also have advance courses to further master your new skill). You'll learn key concepts in a practical, easy to understand (not too technical) and fun approach, through casual discussion and exercises. Class size is limited to keep things interactive and to ensure classes run efficiently.
Expect to learn about exposure and manual controls, how to shop for the right lens and camera body, about composition (very important for impressive photos), software to improve your pics once taken, and useful tips and tricks to give your photos some spunk.
