When will my Twangoo expire?
The Twangoo expires on the date printed on the Twangoo.
What if my Twangoo isn't honored before it expires?
The merchant is obligated to honor the Twangoo until the applicable expiration. If that doesn't happen, then contact us at support@twangoo.com and we will do our best to solve the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the purchase is confirmed, you cannot cancel your order. However for specific inquiries, please send an e-mail to support@twangoo.com and we will manage case by case.
When can I use my deal?
We'll email you when your Twangoo is ready to use. Please check the start date of the validity period in the Fine Print section on the page of the offer.
Can I get a refund for my order?
We do not provide refunds unless you are unable to redeem a Twangoo because the merchant has gone out of business.
